Privacy policy

1. General provisions

This policy on the processing of personal data has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152 On Personal Data, dated 27.07.2006, and defines the procedure for the processing of personal data and the measures for the protection of such data adopted by RMCC LLC (hereinafter, the “Operator”).

1.1. The Operator prioritizes above all other considerations its compliance with the rights and freedoms of people and citizens in relation to their personal data, including the protection of their private lives and personal and family secrets from interference, and it treats such compliance as an essential condition for its business activities.

1.2. This Policy on the processing of personal data (hereinafter, the “Policy”) applies to all information that the Operator may receive from visitors to the web site www.brucite.plus.

2. The main terms used in the Policy

2.1. Automated processing of personal data means the processing of personal data using computer technologies;

2.2. Blocking of personal data means the temporary ceasing of the processing of personal data (except where the processing is necessary for the rectification of the personal data);

2.3. The web site means all the graphical and information content on the site www.brucite.plus, together with the computer software and databases that provide access to such materials over the Internet;

2.4. A personal data information system means all the personal data contained in a database, together with the information technologies and technical equipment used to carry out the processing of such data;

2.5. Anonymization of personal data means any actions which render it impossible, without using additional information, to determine the identity of the User or other personal data subject to whom specific personal data relates;

2.6. Processing of personal data means any actions (operations), or all the actions (operations), which are performed in relation to personal data, either using automation equipment or without the use of such equipment, including the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, rectification (updating, amending), extraction, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion or destruction of personal data;

2.7. An Operator means a state body, local government body, legal entity or individual, that, whether independently or together with other persons, organizes or carries out the processing of personal data, and which determines the purposes for such processing, the content of the personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed using the personal data;

2.8. Personal data means any information that directly or indirectly relates to a specific User of the web site www.brucite.plus;

2.9. A User means any person that visits the web site www.brucite.plus;

2.10. Provision of personal data means any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specified person or group of persons;

2.11. Dissemination of personal data means any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an unspecified group of persons (transfer of personal data) or allowing an unspecified group of persons to consult such data, including making personal data available using mass data technologies, publishing in on information-telecommunications networks or providing access to personal data in any other manner;

2.12. Cross border transfer of personal data means the transfer of personal data to a location in a foreign state, to a foreign state body, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity;

2.13. Destruction of personal data means any actions which result in the irrevocable destruction of personal data, and the impossibility of restoring the contents of the data to the personal data information system, or in the destruction of the medium in which the personal data is contained.

3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User

3.1. Surname, first name and patronymic

3.2. Telephone number

3.3. E-mail address

3.4. The site also collects and processes anonymized data on visitors (including by means of cookie files) with the help of Internet statistics services (among others, Yandex Metrics and Google Analytics).

3.5. The above types of data are together referred to hereinafter by the general term Personal Data.

4. Purposes for processing personal data

4.1. The purpose for processing a User’s personal data is to provide the User with access to the services, information and/ or materials contained on the web site www.brucite.plus, and to process on-line forms and feedback forms.

4.2. The Operator may also send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User may at any time elect not to receive notifications by sending an e-mail to the Operator at the address info@brucite.plus with the heading “Unsubscription from notifications on new products and special offers”.

4.3. Users’ anonymized data, collected with the help of Internet statistics services, is used to collect information on Users’ behavior when visiting the site, and improving the quality of the site and its content.

5. Legal basis for processing personal data

5.1. The Operator processes the User’s personal data only where such data is filled in or sent by the User him or herself using the special forms provided on the site www.brucite.plus.

5.2. By completing the relevant forms and/ or sending his or her personal data to the Operator, the User confirms that they agree to the terms of this Policy, and also consents to the processing of their personal data.

5.3. The Operator processes anonymized personal data relating to the User if the User’s Internet browser settings permit this (if saving cookie files and using JavaScript are enabled).

6. Procedure for the collection, storage, transfer and other processing of personal data.

The security of the personal data processed by the Operator is guaranteed through the implementation of the legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to ensure full compliance with the requirements of the current law on personal data protection.

6.1. The Operator ensures the preservation of the personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized third parties from obtaining access to it.

6.2. The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances be transferred to any third parties, unless for the purpose of complying with the requirements of current law.

6.3. If the personal data is found to be inaccurate in any respect, the User may update the data him or herself, by sending a notification to the Operator at the address info@brucite.plus with the heading “Update of personal data”.

6.4. No time frame is established for the processing of personal data. The User may at any time withdraw his/ her consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notification to the Operator at the address info@brucite.plus with the heading “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”.

7. Cross border transfer of personal data

7.1. Before carrying out the cross border transfer of personal data the Operator is obliged to make sure that the foreign state where it is intended that the personal data will be transferred provides effective legal protection for the rights of personal data subjects.

7.2. If the above requirements are not complied with then the cross border transfer of personal data to locations in foreign states may only be carried out with the written consent of the personal data subject to such cross-border transfer, and/ or if an agreement is concluded, to which the personal data subject is a party.

8. Concluding provisions

8.1. The User may request an explanation on any questions relating to the processing of his/ her personal data by sending an e-mail to the Operator at the address info@brucite.plus.

8.2. Any changes to the Operator’s policy on the processing of personal data will be reflected in this document. This policy will continue in effect indefinitely, until it is replaced with a new version.
